IFSC Youth World Championship Team USA Results

This happened…

And eventually it dried out and 3 Team USA members made it to finals! You may remember Margo Hayes from finals at The Gladiator Finals two years ago. She was the 12-year-old (at the time) who nearly won!

Well Margo, along with Claire Buhrfeind and Sean Bailey, represented the US in finals at the Youth World Championship in Singapore. Even making finals in an event like this is quite an achievement, and it is awesome to see 3 Americans in the top 8.

When the climbing was done Sean ended up in 5th for Male Youth A, and Claire and Margo were 6th and 8th respectively in Female Youth B. Nice job guys!
